With an extended TCU installed in trucks, buses, and off-highway machines, on-board and diagnostic data can be collected on-the-fly. If equipped with a radio data link, data from a fleet of vehicles can be sent to a cloud server. Smart data-analyzing procedures that support predictive maintenance will help to significantly increase the uptime of heavy-duty vehicles.
